We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all eligible goods, provided they're in the same condition as when we shipped them to you. If the goods are faulty, or not what was ordered, we will reimburse your postage. If the reason for return is otherwise, you'll be responsible for the cost of postage.
Non-eligible goods include any items that are custom printed or cut to customer specified lengths. For example, if you order a 2 metre length of fabric, this is cut from the roll specifically for your order and would not be eligible for a refund.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of ordering or receiving your goods. You must give us notice of your intent to cancel by contacting us at contact@printedcottons.com. Please provide your name, telephone number and order number.
If the goods have already been dispatched prior to us receiving your instruction to cancel, you have a legal obligation to retain possession and take reasonable care of them. If the goods aren't faulty you'll be responsible for the return postage costs. Once we receive the return, a refund will be issued.
All shipping charges are determined by the total cost of your order and are sent by Royal Mail, Fedex or Hermes.
If you have changed your mind about your fabrics and would like to return them, please get in touch with us by email at contact@printedcottons.com. A member of our team will help you with your query and advise you to send the goods back to our return address.

All refunds will be issued within 3 working days after receiving your returned goods. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the refunded sum to reach your account, depending on the payment method used.
